Established on August 13, 2002, Tunku Abdul Rahman University (UTAR) is a non-profit private institution committed to providing affordable, high-quality education. Governed by the UTAR Education Foundation and registered under the Malaysian Private Higher Education Institutions Act 1996, UTAR has grown remarkably in all aspects of development. It is now recognized as one of the fastest-growing private higher education institutions in Malaysia. From an initial intake of just 411 students at its Petaling Jaya campus, UTAR now serves over 22,000 students across its campuses in Kampar (Perak), Sungai Long (Selangor), and other locations.
